With a resident's certificate, you as the owner or other authorized person receive information about the condition of a property and the adjacent development system in terms of development contributions.

Detailed description

With a resident's certificate, you receive information about the current status of a property in Hamburg. You also receive information about future development contributions still to be billed for the affected development.


The resident's certificate can be applied for informally and without notice at the responsible resident's contribution department of the BWFG. An online service is available for this purpose. The issuance of a resident's certificate is subject to a fee.

The application for the issuance of a resident's certificate must be submitted informally in writing by post, email or via the Internet (online service).



Note: Please name the property for which a resident's certificate is being requested.

Please note

If you are applying for a resident's certificate for a client, please enclose a corresponding power of attorney.

Procedure

You can apply for the resident's certificate without any formalities or deadlines from the BWFG's Residents' Contributions Department by mail, email ( Anliegerbeitraege@bwfgb.hamburg.de), or online (online service). You will then receive the resident's certificate by mail, along with the fee notice.

Location on a development facility 52,- €


Surcharge for each additional development facility +17,- €


Surcharge for special difficulty +17,- €
