If your foreign youth falconry hunting license issued as an annual hunting license has been revoked, you can apply for it again at the responsible authority after the specified suspension period has expired.

 

Information

Prerequisites

  • You are at least 16 years old and not yet 18 years old at the time of issue
  • You are a foreign citizen and do not have your main residence in Germany
  • You have the necessary personal reliability
  • You have the necessary physical fitness
  • You have taken out hunting liability insurance
  • The foreign youth falconry hunting license you have already been granted has been withdrawn
  • The blocking period set by the competent authority has expired
  • Consent of legal guardians

Documents required

  • if applicable: current photograph
  • Proof of statutory hunting liability insurance
  • written consent of your legal guardian or guardians

Please note

With a foreign youth falconry hunting license you are not allowed to take part in group hunts.

Deadlines

The annual hunting license for young people is valid for a maximum of two consecutive hunting years. The hunting year begins on April 1st and ends on March 31st of each calendar year.

Procedure

  • You submit your application in writing or online and provide the necessary documents.
    • If you submit the application in writing, submit it by post or in person to the responsible authority.
  • The responsible authority will check your application for completeness and correctness and, if necessary, request any missing documents or information from you.
  • The responsible authority will inform you in writing about the decision on your application.
