Show listing of a prostitution vehicle

Prerequisites

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid license to operate a prostitution vehicle.
• The prostitution vehicle meets the following requirements:
  • sufficiently large interior space, adequate interior furnishings and adequate sanitary facilities
  • valid operating license
  • technically operational condition
  • has doors that can be opened from the inside at any time
  • has technical measures in place to ensure that help can be reached at any time.

The operating location and hours of the prostitution vehicle must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of the persons offering sexual services working in the prostitution vehicle, as well as of the customers, the protection of young people, residents and the general public.

Documents required

• First and last name of the vehicle owner
• Full name of the operator of the prostitution vehicle
• Vehicle or vessel registration number of the prostitution vehicle
• Copy of the permit to provide the prostitution vehicle
• Copies of the registration or alias certificates of the prostitutes who work in the prostitution vehicle
• Copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes

Please note

Further permit or notification requirements may apply under other regulations, particularly those governing restaurants, trade, construction, water, or pollution control. Furthermore, a permit for the special use of public rights-of-way may be required.

The responsible authority has the right to monitor and inspect your prostitution vehicle. If you park the prostitution vehicle without permission or fail to comply with your reporting obligations, you are committing an administrative offense and may be subject to a fine.

Deadlines

You must notify the relevant authority of the location of the prostitution vehicle at least two weeks before using the prostitution vehicle.


A permit to operate a prostitution vehicle is valid for a maximum of three years and can be extended if necessary.

Procedure

• You submit the notification and all documents to the responsible authority.
• The responsible authority will review your documents. If necessary, they may request additional documents from you.
• If the necessary conditions are not met, the responsible authority can prohibit the installation of the prostitution vehicle.

The processing time depends on the individual case.

Fees

The fee is a standard fee according to the fee schedule for official acts under the Prostitute Protection Act, plus expenses for delivery.
