Detailed description

The Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency provides independent support to people who have experienced discrimination that was racially motivated or because of ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, a disability, age or sexual identity. The body informs the public about the General Equal Treatment Act and the fact that equal treatment is a human right. In addition, the office conducts research on the subject of discrimination and awards research projects.
