Irrespective of the provisions of Section 3, the lessor must notify the competent authority of the conclusion of a land lease agreement by presenting it or, in the case of an oral conclusion of the contract, by notifying the relevant authority of the content of the land lease agreement. The same applies to agreed changes to the provisions contained in a notifiable land lease agreement regarding the lease object, the lease term and the contractual services, provided that the change has not been made by way of a settlement before a court or before a professional lease arbitration board.
