Procedure

• You submit an application for a change in the scheduling of an event with all necessary documents to the responsible authority by post or email.
• The responsible authority will check your documents. If necessary, it will request further documents or information from you.
• The responsible authority will decide on your application.
• You will receive a notification.
• You will receive a fee notice.
• You pay the fees.

If an online service is set up, you can alternatively request the change online:

• You access the online service.
• You fill out the application form and send it off.
• Your application and documents will be sent to the responsible authority.
• The responsible authority will decide on your application.

The processing time depends on the individual case.

Fees

There are costs involved. The amount of the costs depends on the type of event and the costs for setting it up. As a rule, the costs are between 20.00 euros and 300.00 euros
