Notifications, approvals or permissions from various departments may be required for the disposal of waste water (dirty water and rainwater) from a property.
A distinction must be made between the

  • Waste water permits for connection to the public sewer (sewage system),
  • Waste water permits and notifications for discharge into the public sewage system as well as
  • water law permits for the discharge of waste water into a body of water.
