Apply for wastewater disposal approval as a specialist company

Prerequisites

• You have proven that you have the necessary expertise.
• They have suitable personnel for disposal, as well as specialists with special expertise and experience in the field of maintenance of wastewater treatment plants.
• You have equipment and vehicles suitable for the job.
• You and the persons appointed to manage the business have the necessary personal reliability.

You must have the approval before you start operations.

Procedure

• You submit your application to the responsible authority and provide the following information:
• The scope of your company and the type of wastewater you want to work with.
• Number of your employees who will be involved in wastewater disposal
• List of vehicles used for wastewater disposal, including vehicle type, suction tank capacity (the maximum possible in the case of a combined high-pressure flushing and vacuum device) and vehicle registration number.
• The responsible authority will examine your application and request any missing documents from you.
• The responsible authority will inform you of the decision on your application in writing.

Processing may take up to several weeks.

Fees

The registration fee depends on the testing effort. You can inquire about the exact amount by phone.

Legal remedies

You can appeal against a decision within one month.
