The Hamburg residential area directory is a list of all assessed street sections (block sides) in Hamburg residential areas.
This is not an official directory, but is intended exclusively for an appropriate classification of rental apartments in the residential location categories "good" or "normal" as a basis for creating the Hamburg rent index.
For the evaluation of individual rental apartments, the residential location index can only provide a rough guide. It must be checked by the location qualities mentioned in the respective version of the rent index (point 6, application of the rent index) in connection with local knowledge.
