A Variety of Animals

More than 1200 animals from 140 different species live on the 60 hectare area in the North Heide. Not only will visitors find exciting German animals, but types of animals from as far as Asia and America, including brown bears, snow leopards and arctic foxes.

Fun for Everyone

The Lüneburger Heide Wildlife Park is an adventure for young and old located just 35 minutes from Hamburg. Enjoy the petting zoo, where guests can get up close to the goats, or take a guided tour of the park to learn more about the animals from an expert. There is also an adventure play area for kids, and multiple games across the park for kids to get involved in.

The colourful pathways and gardens with flowers invite guests to relax, whilst also admiring the amazing range of animals at the park. During the summer, the park offers frequent shows dedicated especially to wolves, tigers and otter feeding.
