Wellness Island
The car-free environment on the island of Heligoland ('Helgoland' in German) makes it the ideal destination for health and wellness holidays. Helgoland is well connected with Germany, with regular ferries arriving from Büsum, Hamburg, Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven.
