Hamburg DOM What's On

Every edition of Hamburg DOM is packed with special events, themed areas and exciting highlights. Visitors have been treated to anything from medieval villages and pirate dens to cosy Christmas markets and a even a tropical beach bar in summer.

At every edition of DOM, Wednesdays are family days, where kids enjoy rides and attractions at special rates all day. And on Friday nights, the DOM hosts one of its most beloved traditions: huge fireworks display in Hamburg's night sky.

Spring DOM represents the end of winter in Hamburg. Expect the return of rides with water features, even if the weather might still be a bit nippy.

Summer DOM often coincides with Pride Week, and thus hosts a Pride event of its own: the Regenbogentag (lit. Rainbow Day), which includes a parade through the fairgrounds.

Winter DOM is a particularly cosy affair. The whole things has a feeling of a particularly large Christmas Market, and is usually the first place in town where visitors can kick off the holiday season with a mulled wine.
